Sacagawea Pipeline Company, LLC, is a joint venture between Paradigm Energy Partners, Phillips 66 Partners and Grey Wolf Midstream to develop a 91-mile pipeline to deliver crude from points in McKenzie and Dunn Counties, North Dakota, south of the river to points north of Lake Sacagawea.
